Vindication
The other day I was looking around Pure Flix (favorite habit of mine) and I noticed a new-to-me series called Vindication.
It's billed as a faith-based crime drama that features the adventures of Detective Gary Travis, played by Todd Terry.
I really liked the cover art, so I figured I'd check it out.
After watching a couple episodes, I decided it would be great for Christian Bytes to cover the show.
If you're interested, you can stream Vindication from Pure Flix, a Christian-based streaming service.
Law & Order Meets Jesus
Years ago I used to watch every Law & Order episode I could over and over. So when I saw the intro text for Vindication, Law & Order came to mind.
From what I've watched thus far, the show does a pretty good job of building a story and weaving in Jesus Christ.
While the show may hint at certain things, it hasn't been over-the-top with "adult" topics. So far, it's been the right amount of what's needed to build a good show.
You may not see Vincent D'Onofrio or Ice-T coming to Jesus (sadly) and solving a case, you will see a great cast of actors putting on a show with an important message.
